In January 2011, Montessori Children’s House of Durham celebrates its 35th year inspiring young minds. For more than three decades MCHD has laid the foundations for our children to become citizens of the world using the principles of Maria Montessori. We believe our alumni make a difference in the world - intellectually, morally, socially, and spiritually. Parents continue to credit the MCHD experience with building character and aptitude that travels with their child wherever they go.
MCHD grows stronger every year through incredible support from current families, alumni and their families, grandparents, faculty, staff, and friends.
